B-Right RealEstate crossed a market capitalisation of ₹1,000 crore, backed by ₹103.43 crore in FY25 revenue (up 153%) and ₹208.42 crore in pre-sales across the first nine months of FY26, with a pipeline of over 30 lakh sq ft across Andheri, Malad, Matunga and Dadar.
At its Vision 2033 event, B-Right RealEstate outlined plans to develop approximately 4.7 million sq ft across Mumbai by 2033, with Founder, Chairman & Managing Director Sanjay Nathalal Shah setting out five focus areas: redevelopment beyond construction, financial discipline, governance and transparency, Mumbai-focused growth, and a considered approach to complex redevelopment. The event also marked the growing role of Rudra Shah, Sanjay Shah's son, whose focus is on-ground execution and technology across the group.
Step-down subsidiary B-Right Bombay Highlines Developers Pvt Ltd signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the Bhagat Singh Nagar slum rehabilitation project at Village Pahadi, Taluka Borivali, a 10,008 sq mtr parcel expected to yield around 5 lakh sq ft of sales area and a Gross Development Value of ₹1,600 crore, disclosed to BSE under Regulation 30.
